Hi! My name is McKenna, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology along with over 10 years of experience working with children. My background includes both babysitting and professional childcare experience, allowing me to work with a wide range of ages and personalities in both home and school settings. Over the years, I have worked with children from infancy through high school, including experience as an educator in preschool, elementary, and high school environments. These experiences have helped me build strong skills in communication, patience, organization, and creating a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. I genuinely love working with kids and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. I strive to create positive relationships with both children and families while providing dependable, attentive, and engaging care.
