About Mckena

Hi! My name is McKena, and I have over 15 years of experience working with children from infancy through elementary school. I currently serve as an Early Childhood Education Administrator and County UPK Coordinator, where I support teachers, schools, and early learning programs throughout Kings County. I hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and have extensive experience in child development, behavior support, learning through play, and creating safe, engaging environments for children. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a proud mom of two wonderful children. Families can expect a responsible, patient, and nurturing caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Whether helping with routines, engaging in play, supporting learning activities, or simply providing dependable care, my goal is always to help children feel safe, valued, and supported while giving parents peace of mind.
