About McKaylee

I am a dependable hard working person that will always leave a place better than I found it. I try to live by that with people as well. We are blessed to be alive and I think that people are the best way to be truly alive, especially children. I'd describe my personality as Fun, patient, and kind. I like working with kids because they help me see the good in the world. I love kids senses of humor and the connection they have with the world around them. I started working with kids when I turned 12. I had my first babysitting job and I loved it so much. Then I babysat my sibling a lot (I have 4) and have loved nannying when and where I can. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, and listen/ play music.
