About Mckayla

I started working with kids independently I was 12 but my mother ran day cares and nurseries growing up so I've always been in a child care environment. I am a current college student. In my spare time, I like to write poetry, read, spend time with my mom, partner and dogs, and knit while listening to audio books! I have lots of patience, I am really understanding of the fact that everyone is different and what works for one doesn't work for all, and I place a high value on encouraging creativity and individuality!
