I posted a job for housecleaning and laundry. In the interview, Mckaylah requested a higher rate and we agreed. After the first cleaning, she said she required an even higher rate (about 50% more) because of what she called "personalized tasks". I asked what those tasks were and she said "putting away of laundry, taking out trashes, etc."
