About Mccall

My greatest talent in caregiving is to meet each individual where they are in the world. I am emotionally intuitive and able to discern what people are comfortable with and how they need to be supported emotionally and logistically. I am patient and confident in my abilities to keep someone safe and don't hesitate to take action when a safety intervention is needed. I am also a uniquely tall and strong person so I can comfortably complete transfers and other types of bodily assistance. While I have not been professionally employed as a caregiver for seniors, I had the experience of living with and caring for my grandmother who was terminally ill with ALS. I assisted with transfers and hygiene needs. I also have professional experience in bathing and diaper changes in special needs adults. My mother in law battled Early Onset Alzheimer's and my experiences with her shape my skills and knowledge base in caregiving. I would love to meet and see if we are a good match to work together.
