About Mbali

Hello! I'm Mbali, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 8 years of experience providing compassionate, dependable care to individuals with a variety of needs. My experience includes assisting with personal hygiene, showers and bed baths, mobility and transfers, Hoyer lift operations, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. I have cared for individuals living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), diabetes, cancer, and stroke-related conditions, as well as clients receiving hospice care. I believe quality care goes beyond assisting with daily activities. It's about treating people with dignity, respecting their independence, and helping them feel comfortable and supported. Alongside my caregiving career, I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Laws through the University of South Africa (UNISA). Im friendly and easy going.
