About Mayra
Experience: 2 yrs
I'm Mayra, a nurturing and reliable caretaker for tiny humans ranging from infants to kiddos. As a caretaker I am mindful to create an interactive and comforting atmosphere where littles feel heard. I carry prior experience in caretaking, dental assisting (in pediatric/kid offices) and hygiene office management. I attended Richard Bland College of William & Mary University where I earned my Associate's degree in Life Science. Future plans entail completing my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at VCU or ODU, fingers crossed. Free time consists of hiking on nature trails, swimming at the beach or the Y, reading (returning as I fell off) and the gym. My CPR, AED & Basic First Aid Certification is valid until September 2027. I do have prior experience in tutoring college kids in math and science, so implementing education is a plus. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
