About Mayra

Hi! My name is Mayra and I am 29 years old. I've spent around 10+ years working with children from various age groups. I can do pickups/drop offs, meal prepping, as well as light housekeeping, but most importantly I care for children as I would my own. I began working with children in high-school while working for my mother's daycare. That is where I started learning most of what I know now. From there I moved onto a children's indoor playground, which helped improve my communications skills. I then went on to work at a private middle school in Fremont, improving my ability to work not only with little ones, but also preteens/teens. Lastly, I nannied full-time while I was completing my nursing program. At this time I am a certified LVN, working on-call for an assisted living facility while I work toward my BSN! Having two little ones myself, I understand the importance of giving children love, patience and kindness while under my care.
