I am experienced with many geriatric settings such as, Parkinson, Respite Alzheimer & Dementia ALS. As a caregiver I will work with families to set a care plan for their loved ones, assist with laundry, light housekeeping, daily vitals( if needed), meal preparation, showering, grooming, and help families with errands if they are unable to. I also keep a daily activity log (communication book) on daily routines meals and overall care that is being provided and changes that has happened that family is unaware of.
