I also have about 3. 5 years experience working in schools as a para educator, from early childhood education to high school. Maygen is wonderful! Great attitude, is pleasant, proactive, has excellent experience working with those who have autism, and willingness to learn. I hired her as a personal care attendant (PCA) for each of my sons who have profound autism, ages 25 and 20. The plan was to train her on both, but she would only be assigned to 1 at a time since they each require 1:1 care. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she is moving out of the St. Louis area and will not be available to continue with our family, but I would hire her again in a heartbeat if she moves back. Super sweet girl, any family would be lucky to have her caring for their loved one.
