About Maya

I would say I'm energetic, intentional, and caring! I danced in the professional Company at Ballet Magnificat! and will go to Nursing School at UMMC in the summer. Ever since my little brother was born , my love for kids has grown! I love getting to be with kids - teaching, playing, and caring for them. I also love that it's a way to serve parents and families. I'm looking for a full-time job that is during the day. I would love to nanny kids and am happy do household chores while I'm with the kids. I started working with kids when I was 15 so 5 years ago! The first family I babysat were 3 boys - ages 5, 2, and 6 months old! In my spare time, I like to spend time with people, read, sing, workout/go on walks, and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I am happy to serve in whatever way I'm needed! I'm ready to fill any capacity needed of me! My skills include patience, alertness, empathy, quick decision-making, and willingness to take the time to teach kids.
