About Maya

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, adaptable, and energetic. I've always loved animals, but felt a strong connection with dogs. I always find myself searching for a dog at any gathering, and I love to meet all different breeds, ages, and personalities. I currently have a 13-year-old dog named Cooper! I'm looking for families that need a reliable person to take their pet on a walk, give them their medication, and/or just hang out with them during the day. I started working with animals when I was 14 years old. I got a job at a boarding place and was able to learn a ton of valuable lessons and skills. Because there was such a wide variety of behaviors and breeds, I feel as though I'd be able to handle different personalities that dogs may have.
