I'm looking for a job that feels secure and like it's a second home. With the family I was previously a nanny for I felt welcomed and comfortable being around their home. It's really important to me to feel comfortable around the family and kids. I started working with kids when I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I would always help my siblings with their kids. Like watching them for a few hours while they went on a date. Or watch them overnight when they needed a little time away. One thing you should know about me is I absolutely love kids!! I have 3 nephews and 3 nieces all ranging from 8-1 years old. I love to be there for kids help them with whatever it is they need. When it comes to kids and they aren't having a good day or are being mean. I like to take the gentle path. I ask them kindly what is going on. And try to make them feel safe. I don't like yelling at kids whatsoever. I also like to keep screen time to a minimum.
