About Maya

My name is Maya and I am a college student staying here in Lakeland, Florida for the summer! I am originally from Maryland but my family calls Dallas home! I am involved at my church and work with children of all ages on a regular basis! I am looking for more than a job when I apply to watch your children - I am looking to provide a fun and safe environment for kids to really thrive and enjoy while we spend our time together! I'd describe my personality as responsible, fun-loving, and caring! I like working with kids because I have always had a passion for working with the next generation!! I'm looking for a job that not only fulfills me and brings joy to my life but also brings joy and adds value to those around me! I started working with kids from an early age! I grew up in church and would help in nurseries and kids classrooms and now volunteer at my youth group!
