About Maya

I'd describe my personality as patient, personable, and loyal I like working with kids because there's always something new and exciting going on. I've cared for several infants through toddler years, and it's so amazing seeing how much children change each day. It's so heartwarming getting to be apart of such a malleable time in a child's life. For older kids, it's enjoyable to see how they start to gain their personalities and opinions. I started working with kids from a young age with my little sister. I grew up being the only one in charge of her a lot. Professionally, it has been over 5 years. One thing you should know about me is I'm someone you can trust and become comfortable with quickly! I'm a musician, so I love playing music and singing to/with the kids I watch. In addition I love doing easy "Pinterest crafts" that engage the kids!
