Hi everyone! My name is Maya, and I am currently getting my Doctorate of Physical Therapy here at the University of Pittsburgh. Previously I was a certified nursing assistant for several years and have cared for many seniors. A year ago, I had jobs through care. com caring for a woman with ALS and a different woman who had previously had a stroke. Having the ability to help these individuals with their day to day tasks was very meaningful to me. I helped with medicine distribution, cleaning, bathing, dressing, and feeding. I would love to help out in any way that I can!
