About Maya

I like working with kids because no matter the age, being a mentor and care provider for children is always fulfilling and honorable. I'm looking for a job that has expectations of what their children's day consists of, extensive communication and open to schedule flexibility. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old at a summer day camp in Prince William County. That job gave me the opportunity to work with children ages 5-14 years old. I gained experience with children from 0-5 by babysitting when I was 16 years old and continued to build relationships with different families up to this day. In my spare time, I like to study for the LSAT, workout, do puzzles and spend time outdoors. My skills include CPR and first aid training, Bloodborne pathogens trained and I'm a mandated reporter as well.
