Hello! I am Maya, I'm 20 years old and a junior in college at Oberlin. I am studying psychology with a focus on education and child psychology. I work at my local elementary school during the school year as a tutor/teaching assistant in a 4th grade classroom. I teach both math and english! I have been babysitting kids ages 4 months-13 years since I was 15 every summer. After getting my bachelors in psychology I am hoping to go to U of M to become a social worker who works primarily in elementary schools or in foster care! I am very passionate about childhood development and helping kids develop a passion for being outside, playing, and learning. I am more than happy to help with any kind of summer homework or work books and am also just as happy to just play all day!
