I am a mother with 3 years of nanny experience. I plan to homeschool my first grader this school year due to the COVID-19 outbreak and would love it I could continue nannying while bringing her with me. If you are a family in need of someone to help guide your child/children through the semester (or possibly the school year) and also want them to have a peer to interact and engage in creative play with as well we would be a great fit! Although Maya ultimately took another job, I interviewed her for a job caring for my son and three other children. Maya was interviewed by me, an experienced middle school teacher and by another parent who is a family therapist. We were both very favorably impressed by Maya's warmth, maturity, and emotional intelligence. We asked her about how she would handle difficult scenarios with kids and the answers that she gave really indicated her natural ability with children. I think that a family will be lucky to have this warm, bright person caring for their kids.
