About Maya

Hi, my name is Maya! I am a recent graduate from UNC Greensboro with a degree in Media Studies. I also work as a freelance photographer, videographer, and filmmaker (I love taking Polaroid and 35mm film photos, if you would like some of your child during our time together, please let me know!) Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them grow is the most rewarding part of my day. I focus on creating a calm, imaginative, and safe environment for children ages one to 11. I hold a college degree and am on track to receive my CPR and First Aid certification. Whether we are playing board games, solving puzzles, or creating crafts, I love engaging children in active, educational play. I prioritize your preferred communication method to ensure you stay updated on your child's day. I am truly passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
