About Maya

Hello, my name is Maya and it would be a joy to support you and your family. I am a Somatic Practitioner and specialize in emotional wellness and embodiment. I have helped many mothers through their pregnancy journey and also love coaching women and couples through relationship and embodiment work. My offering as a care-giver for children began when I was 10 years old and grew into a love for mentoring little ones as a big sister and Journey For Young Women Mentor. I am experienced with caring for children between the ages of 7 months and 15 years old and I am currently looking for a consistent commitment of about 12-16 hours per week as I grow my coaching practice.
