About Maya

Bonjour! I'm Maya, a native English speaker with C1-level French fluency gained through full immersion. I lived and worked in Paris for over five years, raising children and navigating professional environments entirely in French. I spent three years as a bilingual au pair before coming back to the States to teach Pre-K, where my love of languages and kids really came together. Whether your child is a complete beginner or building confidence in what they already know, I tailor every session to what keeps them engaged. It's never about drilling vocab lists. It's about making it feel natural, fun, and way less intimidating than people think! I'm patient, encouraging, and passionate about languages.
