About Maya

Hi my name is Maya, and I am a college student home from break. I love working with kids because I am very high energy myself, and they can match that. In my free time I enjoy coloring and cooking. I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and supportive. I like working with kids because of their energy. I consider myself to have a good and kind energy, and kids are that way naturally, so I love being around them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be myself, and offers a good environment to be in. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself. I would take care of my cousins, then my niece, and most recently my sister's foster kids. In my spare time, I like to watch sports and listen to music. I play sports myself so I love being active and going outside. One thing you should know about me is I am a collegiate athlete, so I am very disciplined and can handle whatever is in front of me. My skills include cooking, calming, and cleaning.
