About Maya

I'm a sophomore at Collin. I'm CPR certified. I work at Medical City Plano full-time and enjoy taking care of people. I'm patient and love spending time with kids. I also hold an active CNA license. I'd describe my personality as patient, easy-going and fun!! I like tutoring because I enjoy teaching kids who are struggling with certain materials because not too long ago I had the same problems. I'm looking for a job that consists of a good working environment, no more than 2 kids. I have only tutored my little cousins at home and I had done that for about 1 year. In my spare time, I like to watch my shows, and hang out with friends. One thing you should know about me is I'm hardworking, detail-oriented and will go above and beyond. My skills include, 1. Practice questions! 2. Help retain information by teaching kids how to make flashcards. 3. I will go over the materials as many times as they need.
