She is great.  We were blessed to have her.  She is so much more than a caregiver.  She loved, gave emotional supported and taught my child so much.  He was so loved by her.  They still call and text each other.  And see each other on occasion.  Makes me happy.  She will be in his corner forever.

I just wanted to write my experience because I saw in her profile a review that I totally disagree.
I interviewed her through video call first and we loved her, then we decided to move forward with a in person interview.
She was absolutely fantastic with our son, who at 9 months old, does not always easily warm up to strangers. She was professional, extremely energetic, and engaged with him immediately and perfectly. I am sure you already have a lot of positive testimonials about what a great nanny you are, but I wanted to add ours to the list because I don't think that is fair one of the reviews that I saw here.
The best sign, D was so happy after his time with her, and he was sad to see her go. I wished she lived in DC so we could use her as our sitter all the time!!!

As soon as I met her in person, I immediately felt at ease and we were able to go out and have a super time! I honestly couldn't have been happier! As you know, I was nervous leaving our little guy with a stranger but as mentioned, She was great and very peaceful. I felt relaxed after meeting her. Conducted a phone interview which went OK.  Reached out to schedule in-person interview for a long-term position.  Candidate did not respond to my initial meeting invitation; responded several days later.  Set up a time for an in-person interview.  Maxwell R. was a no show for the interview, with no text, no call.  My family was all waiting to meet her, but she didn't show up and didn't inform us that she was not coming.  Not dependable.  I would avoid her at all costs.

She worked for me helping taking care of my infant daughter when she was just 2 weeks old and definitely she is the sweetest nanny that I ever could find.
She has experience and she knows what she is doing. She did a schedule for my daughter, helped me sleep training her.
She is very reliable and trustworthy.
I truly recommend her.

We were traveling from Australia so I was very nervous about booking a babysitter online, especially as they would be looking after our kids for 3 nights. From the very first contact Her communication was prompt, professional and very understanding. She understood all our concerns, provided all the information we needed and gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a really professional caregiver. She is very lovely and she genuinely enjoyed the kids and they had a great time with her. She was always prompt, very helpful and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed her as our sitter and would recommend her to anyone. We had 4 days in Fort Lauderdale as part of a 3 week international trip, and she made sure all our plans worked perfectly and I am very grateful for her help.

She is great. She brought fun activities that my daughter (almost 3) was immediately interested in. My daughter barely said goodbye. The next morning my daughter asked me where the babysitter was and when I told her she went home last night, my daughter asked when she was coming back.
