Hi! My name is Maxinne, and I'm an experienced early childhood educator with over 10 years of experience working with children. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and several years of experience as a preschool and lead teacher. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported, confident, and free to explore. I love reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, imaginative play, and creating age-appropriate activities that make learning enjoyable. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable supporting children through big feelings, daily routines, and transitions. I believe building a genuine connection with each child is one of the most important parts of caregiving.
