I have been a nanny/ household manager for 10 years! I love kids and have 2 kids of my own now! My husband works remotely and my daughters are 6 and 4 years old. Maxine helped my family adjust to life with two children. She came to watch my newborn at night for the first eight weeks of his life. She was professional, reliable, and communicative. My family was completely at ease knowing she was in the house while we all slept. I would recommend her to any family and will most certainly be using her services in the future. 

Maxine did a fantastic job with our girls! She was always on time, and gave plenty of notice if there needed to be a schedule change. She planned fun activities for our kids and was flexible with their own activities!

Maxine was our nanny for nearly 3 years and we miss her terribly. She took care of our 4 children, who are now 6, 4, 2.5 and 1, since before my 2.5 yo was born. She worked at least 50 hours/wk every week and was never late and never called in sick. She is incredibly flexible- always able to stay late if my husband or I worked late, available for date nights and just to help out on the weekends. She is extremely callable- able to handle my 4 little kids and take them to do activities even while pregnant herself. I trust her completely and always knew my kids were in good hands with Maxine. She is mature beyond her years and has more energy than anyone I've ever met. The only reason she's no longer our nanny is that she is starting her own family and moving to be closer to her fiancé. Do yourself a favor and hire Maxine- you won't regret it!

We hired Maxine while we were in TC for a soccer tournament. We had two families - and a total of six kids. She was a rockstar! All of the kids were asleep when we got home (and had been for quite a while). My youngest spiked a fever right before we left for the night and she handled it so professionally. The kids really enjoyed having her that night. I highly recommend Maxine to families looking for a nanny/caregiver.

My daughter adored Maxine, she is a great sitter and dependable. She is active with the children she watches and involved. If we were still in MI I would still be counting on Maxine to care for my daughter- no doubt about it.
