Hello families! My name is Maxine, and I'm a warm, energetic, and experienced nanny with over 7 years dedicated to fostering joyful and supportive environments for children of all ages. I believe in a play-based approach that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence, aiming to create a stimulating yet safe space where children feel loved, respected, and eager to learn through exploration and imaginative play. I have extensive experience caring for children from infancy through elementary school, including managing routines for multiples and assisting with schoolwork. I am Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified, I am a Registered Behavior Technician and I have skills in ABA therapy to assist with autistic needs, and am comfortable with healthy meal preparation.
