Hi! My name is Max. I am a registered behavior technician and have three years of experience working in a caregiving capacity for children with various disabilities as well as one year of experience working with adults and seniors. I believe in making connections, treating everyone with the warmth and respect that I would like others to treat me with and focusing on the clients strengths. I strongly believe in the neurodivergence movement and I myself am someone with severe, but well managed and treated ADHD, which allows me to connect and have a deeper understanding and compassion with others who have neurocognitive barriers, and allows me to to have some more realistic and effective management techniques and goals. My professional goal is to help you and your loved ones have a full and meaningful life, in whatever capacity that may be.
