About Mavis

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. For 15 years, I've had the joy of fostering children's growth and development, supporting families, and providing reliable care for children aged 0-11. My approach is friendly and approachable, and I love engaging children in outdoor sports and educational games. I have some college experience and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I maintain current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether through written reports or quick chats at pickup. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time even though I'm a mother of three with one in college, a rising high school senior and a third grader. I'm excited to bring my creative, imaginative spirit to your family.
