For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, building upon positive experiences I've had in previous care roles. I am a Certified Home Health Aid, and I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I strive to create a comfortable environment and am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls.
