About Maurita

With over 10 years of experience nurturing young minds, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. My previous babysitting, doula and nursing roles solidified my desire to support families by providing reliable care. I am a patient, creative, and imaginative caregiver. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. My Nursing and doula work in particular have provided me with a strong foundation in caring for babies. I am also First Aid Trained and CPR trained a Doula, and a Registered Nurse. I am willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I would love to bring my energy and skills to your family, creating a safe and calm environment for your child to thrive.
