About Maureen

I have been working as a CNA since May of '99, beginning at a skilled facility then moving to home health. The saying is true: if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life. I provide excellent care in honor of my grandparents, whom I spent many days with as a child. I have experience caring for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and dementia patients in both beginning and end stages. I can provide assistance with all ADL's including meals, bathing, dressing, oral care, incontinence care, transferring, taking vitals, and medication reminders. I am able to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping and transportation. I am also knowledgeable in the use of a hoyer lift and sit to stand. I have great time management skills, observation skills and communication skills. Most importantly I enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories and life experiences and being able to help them enjoy their daily routines while they continue to enjoy living at home.
