Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. With a graduate degree and three years of experience of working with individuals with IDD, I bring both knowledge and dedication to my work. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management and mobility assistance while keeping it safe and fun to stay healthy and active. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment while respecting individual choices and encouraging independence. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am certified in NADSP(National Alliance for Direct Support Proffesionals), CPR, First Aid and QMAP . I look forward to bringing my skills and heartfelt support to your family.
