About Maura

Hello! My name is Maura. I'm a 27-year-old childcare professional with over 12 years of experience. As the oldest of five, caregiving came naturally--I began babysitting at 15 and quickly discovered my passion for helping children grow and thrive. Throughout high school and college, I cared for families in my community and supported students with after-school routines and homework. After graduating in 2020, I ran a learning pod for four young children, guiding their virtual schooling and creating a structured, engaging home classroom environment. I'm experienced with children of all ages, from infants to school-age, and skilled at managing multiple children at once. I'm also happy to help with household needs and am comfortable caring for pets--I've worked with both dogs and cats and love including them in the day's routine. I bring warmth, patience, structure, and fun to every family I work with, and I look forward to supporting your children as they learn and grow!
