Hello! I'm Maura. I provide compassionate, non-medical companionship for older adults with a focus on meaningful connection, cognitive engagement, and emotional well-being. I hold a B. A. in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) and bring over 30 years of experience, including 13 years as the owner of a Montessori-inspired daycare. Every visit is tailored to the individual. Whether we're discussing current events, reminiscing, enjoying word games, puzzles, music, classic films, taking walks, or simply sharing meaningful conversation, my goal is to keep the mind active while bringing purpose, joy, and companionship to each day. I also provide transportation, light meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and daily routine support. I believe great companionship is about helping someone feel valued, engaged, and truly seen.
