I'm a patient and friendly childcare provider with a passion for making a positive impact on young lives. I have accrued 10 years of experience caring for children from infants to preteens. I started babysitting in high school, and have been working as a Lead Preschool Teacher for the past 3 years. Whether we're engaging in outdoor sports or playing board games, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. My calm and approachable demeanor allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships with them. I keep parents informed about their child's day and address any issues that arise using their preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their family values. My Bachelors of Psychology from Northwestern University, as well as my CPR and First Aid training have further equipped me to provide responsible and reliable care.
