About Mattison

Hi there, I am currently working as a live-in nanny on the east coast and am looking to make a transition to California at the end of the summer. My past work and personal history displays a dedication to childcare and children's advocacy. I have worked as a live-in nanny for 2. 5 years now, for families in Italy, London, and Connecticut. I have worked as a counselor at a kids summer camp, led a kids study group, served at an orphanage in Guatemala and volunteered at a children's health clinic in Uganda. Through nannying, I have gained valuable skills in various aspects of childcare, such as preparing meals and snacks, organizing educational and outdoor activities, helping with homework, encouraging language learning and emotional regulation practice, mediating conflict, establishing consistent routine, helping with bed and bath time, taking the kids safely to and from school, and generally providing care and support.
