About Matthieu

Hey there! My name's Matt, thanks for taking the time to learn about my childcare experience! I have 2 older sisters and a younger brother, and have childcare, tutoring, and mentorship experience. I worked as a camp counselor in Boston for three summers, where I was responsible for accompanying 12 campers, ages 6 to 12, on field trips throughout the city. As an undergrad, I mentored a local elementary student through a program run out of the university's volunteer center. As a director of the program, I was also responsible for reviewing mentorship applications and pairing applicants with children involved in the program accordingly, as well as organizing social events for all to attend. I've also worked as a college counselor and as a graduate teaching assistant. I have experience working with high school/college aged students as both a tutor and mentor. Lastly, I'm a recent first time uncle and love pitching in to care for my niece!
