I have a background in human services and hold a B. A. in Philosophy and an M. Ed. in Counseling Psychology. I'm comfortable supporting students with writing, English, reading comprehension, critical thinking, history, social studies, and discussion-based learning across the humanities and social sciences. My work has always involved helping people understand complex ideas, communicate clearly, and build confidence in their own voice. That experience has taught me the importance of patience, reliability, and meeting each learner where they are. I'm calm, observant, and supportive, and I value clarity, curiosity, and steady progress over pressure. I'm seeking a consistent, part-time tutoring arrangement where students feel encouraged, respected, and engaged while strengthening their skills and independence.
