About Matthew

Hi! My name is Mathew, and I have over 20 years working with children. This includes babysitting, being both a preschool and elementary school teacher, traveling with families, and being a nanny, for infants on up. I have a Masters in Social Work, which has allowed me provide therapy with children and their families, including being trained in infant mental health. I am comfortable with any age, as well as multiple children at once. To me, the best part about working with children is seeing their growth. I enjoy being hands on, playing games, doing arts and crafts, or being outside. I was previously a lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certified. I enjoy being in the water, and am comfortable supervising children in and around water. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. My goal is to support your family while fostering a positive, imaginative space where your children can truly thrive and grow!
