I found Matt through Care.com. I reviewed his credentials resume and background check and everything looked good so I brought him in to watch my two boys while I was home doing some work. My boys are four and a half and one and a half and they warmed up to him very quickly. Even though he had not previously worked with the one and a half age, he learned the diapering and bathing routine pretty easily. The boys enjoyed him and I would definitely hire him again. I didn't really give him a chance to put the baby to sleep but he seems capable. overall good guy with tee ball skills for the boys.
