About Matthew

Fostering growth and making a positive impact on children's lives is my true passion. My graduate degree provides me with a strong foundation for supporting children's developmental needs, including those with disabilities. I have a patient, calm, and friendly approach that helps children feel secure and encouraged. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent environment. I love engaging children through educational games, puzzles, and board games that make learning fun. I prioritize clear communication by providing verbal updates at pickup and I am always happy to follow your preferred method. I am also glad to assist with light housekeeping to keep your home running smoothly. In summary, I am a dedicated, approachable caregiver committed to your child's wellbeing. I truly look forward to the opportunity to become a supportive part of your family's daily life.
