Hello there! My name is Matt, I'm currently a 3rd year Special Education Teacher at Chesapeake High School, working in the Certified Regional Program (CRP). This means I get to work with students that have an educational disability that requires a comprehensive approach to provide embedded opportunities for specialized instruction, integrated social and emotional supports throughout the school day, and small structured classroom settings. Working with kids is truly a passion of mine, I bring patience, energy, and a caring attitude to everything I do. Outside of teaching, I've had experience babysitting, housesitting, and pet sitting (both cats and dogs), so I'm comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I'd be happy to chat more! Best, Matt
