About Matthew

I have prior experience working with special education students. I have helped kids with math and science. I'm well-rounded, with a passion for learning and teaching Spanish as well. I have a bachelors degree in Biology from UW-Steven's Point. I'm very understanding and patient when it comes to helping people learn new material. I'd describe my personality as easygoing, compassionate, understanding. I like tutoring because I seriously love to see kids achieving their goals. When they are confident in a particular subject, I get satisfaction knowing that I helped them improve their life. I'm looking for a job that has a flexible schedule since I work part-time and go to school as well. I started tutoring in 2023 as a special education assistant. In my spare time, I like to hike, fish, spend time with my family, and exercise. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a genuinely nice person who gets along well with others.
