With five years of experience providing care to adults and seniors, I specialize in memory care and m approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of earning trust, respecting independence, and creating a comfortable environment. I learn about each person's history and preferences. I follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. I have an associates degree, am CPR and First Aid trained, and am comfortable with pets, transportation, and giving meds. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
