Matt was a caregiver for my special needs brother Richard. Richard is non-verbal and has the cognitive skills of a 2-4 year old. Matt was very caring, patient and thoughtful with Richard and Richard really enjoyed having Matt come. Matt was always willing to do whatever needed to be done in a way that was kind and professional. Matt was always dependable and honest. I never worried when I left Richard in his care. I have not hesitation at all in recommending Matt for any job.
