I am a Certified Home Health Aide with three years of experience, dedicated to helping adults maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being. I provide personal care, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, strays, and specialized dementia care. I am patient, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented, behavioral changes, and stressful situations with patience and understanding. I communicate clearly and provide updates by text, phone, or verbal communication according to each family's preferred method. I have CPR training, a high school diploma.
