Massa is amazing! She provided back up care to our 2.5 year old daughter and immediately hit the ground running. She instantly made my daughter and I feel comfortable and took initiative to ensure our daughter was well cared for with eating, going to the bathroom, playing, etc. She is very intuitive with children and I was impressed how easy it was to work together from the start. The first day she worked with us it felt like she had worked with us for a long time. Any family who gets to work with her is incredibly lucky! I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would hire if we didn’t already have full time childcare. Nannies like Massa do not come around very often! Hire her. You will have no regrets and your child(ren) will be in very good hands!
